Elevating Osaka’s traditional local favourite, the Kushiage Sensei prepare seasonal skewers right before your very eyes. A symphony of golden oil set at optimal temperature, lighter than air panko, and a variety of salts and dipping condiments bring together a truly memorable bite.
SH’UN Wine & Dine’s World Travel Series concept focuses on umami and eliciting new flavours through unique kushiage executions, complemented by the Sommeliers’ bottle recommendations from the restaurant’s offering of around 450 bottles of red, white, rosé wine and champagne from quality producers around the world.
