Famous French Chef Sakal Phoeung founded Le Corto in 2016. With over 15 years of experience in multiple 5-star hotels, while being the president of Les Disciples D’escoffier Vietnam, Chef Sakal has been known as “the talented-conductor” in the combination of food. The chef discovers and combines different ingredients and techniques to create a wonderful culinary orchestra with indescribable emotional levels.
The menu at Le Corto is extensive and offers a wide range of starters, soups, fish dishes, meat dishes and a grill menu. There are also sharing platters available to enjoy with friends. Chef Sakal uses a mixture of overseas delicacies and local products from their boutique partner.
