The Restaurant at The Chedi Andermatt is celebrated for its excellent cuisine and unique ambience.
The gorgeous dining room features four open studio kitchens, allowing the guests to enjoy the sights and sounds of the culinary artistry on display. Our two large, shared chef’s tables in the heart of the open studio kitchens offer guests a fantastic opportunity to watch the chefs prepare the food and thus become part of a unique culinary experience.
The menu showcases both Asian and European influences, with a tempting selection of classic favourites and creative dishes for the guests to sample. Cheese connoisseurs will be drawn to The Wine and Cheese Cellar, housed in five-metre-high glass walls, where their knowledgeable staff can introduce them to some of Switzerland's greatest culinary treasures.
