Signature dishes include Live Lobster poached with Cheese and Butter, Golden-fried Mekong Lobster with Salted Egg Yolk, and Braised Dried South African 28 Heads Abalone. The premium seafood and fish for these meals can be selected directly from the freshwater tanks in the restaurant.
There’s also an exquisite lunch of all-you-can-eat dim sum available every Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday from 10am to 2:30pm featuring authentic Hong Kong-style delights and more, including Steamed Pork and Crab Roe Siu Mai, Char Siu Pork and Roast Duck, Sichuan-style Marinated Chicken with Chilli Oil, Fujian-style Fried Rice and Crispy Pandan Swan Puffs.
